Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your knowledge of Microsoft Teams to set up and manage training modules
  • Assist delegates in joining the Teams platform and troubleshoot any technical issues during training events.
  • Effectively manage a time-critical task list for ongoing projects. ???
  • Handle various Excel spreadsheets and ensure accurate data management. ??
  • Oversee training programme joining instructions and post-course evaluations. ????
  • Support the management of several generic email boxes. ??
  • Contribute to general administrative tasks across multiple projects. ????

Essential Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely. ???
  • Proficient in all Microsoft products, including Office 365 and OneDrive. ????
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Teams, particularly in an admin support capacity. ????
  • Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability across various software platforms. ????
  • Capable of working well under pressure and resolving issues promptly. ??�?
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. ????
