Project Administrator

We are seeking a Project Administrator to provide essential support for the delivery of core and technology projects. The role is based in Emersons Green with hybrid working options available. This temporary role is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills to contribute to the success of the project teams.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans.
- Manage schedules, arrange assignments, and communicate progress to all team members.
- Assist with the preparation of project documentation, such as reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and update project databases and tracking systems.
- Handle correspondence related to projects, including emails and phone calls.
- Organise and attend stakeholder meetings, and ensure that all necessary information is prepared and communicated in advance.
- Support the project team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
- Extensive experience in MS Office, particularly Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Desirable experience of working within a project management team.
- Ability to prioritise, work as part of a team, and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
