We are seeking a Project Administrator to provide essential support for the delivery of core and technology projects. The role is based in Emersons Green with hybrid working options available. This temporary role is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills to contribute to the success of the project teams.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans.
  • Manage schedules, arrange assignments, and communicate progress to all team members.
  • Assist with the preparation of project documentation, such as reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update project databases and tracking systems.
  • Handle correspondence related to projects, including emails and phone calls.
  • Organise and attend stakeholder meetings, and ensure that all necessary information is prepared and communicated in advance.
  • Support the project team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
  • Extensive experience in MS Office, particularly Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Desirable experience of working within a project management team.
