Customer Engagement: Initiate, coordinate, and track customer I.T. and systems enablement activities, ensuring our Engineers can effectively access project domains. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, making sure their needs are met! ??Project Setup: Administer new projects in the project management system, ensuring everything is set up for success from day one.Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with our client's Quality Management System while managing weekly project administration tasks.Purchase Orders: Assist with processing Purchase Orders and entering data into the system for smooth operations. ??Data Management: Verify and enter data into Project Management Systems to track progress and generate internal reports.Process Improvement: Support ongoing enhancements of project processes and procedures to drive efficiency.Team Support: Be a versatile team player, providing assistance with other departmental requests as needed. �?
