Join our client's dynamic and fast-paced team as a Lettings and Property Coordinator! This exciting and engaging temporary role is perfect for an individual with excellent organisational, administrative, and customer service skills. Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage data input, referencing, and document collection for new and existing tenancies.
  • Gather and upload all necessary paperwork into the system, following internal procedures.
  • Support applicants in completing applications and oversee the entire referencing process.
  • Ensure compliance with Right to Rent regulations by obtaining and verifying required documents.
  • Handle customer enquiries and proactively address and resolve any issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the Leasing Team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Maintain open communication and foster a collaborative working relationship with the Tenancy Management Team.
  • Oversee the Leasing and Renewal Pipeline, ensuring timely management of tasks.
  • Process renewal offers and ensure accuracy and efficiency in pipeline auditing.
  • Coordinate with the Booking Administrator to accurately record deals and manage paperwork.
  • Support marketing efforts by managing apartment listings on various platforms.
  • Assist the Head of Leasing with administrative tasks and compliance-related procedures.

Must Haves:

  • Proficiency in managing data and using CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of compliance and GDPR regulations is an advantage.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Desired:

  • Experience interacting with customers in person and over the phone.
