Juice are delighted to be searching for a Scheduling Assistant to work within a busy office in Horfield, Bristol. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity set to start ASAP.Roles and responsibilities:

  • Make and receive calls to customers to schedule appointments.
  • Receive and handle inbound calls from customers looking to book or reschedule appointments.
  • Accurately record and update agreed appointments within the surveyor diaries.
  • Updates surveyor diaries when appointments change or are rescheduled.
  • Support other members of the administration team as required.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the scheduling process.

You will need:

  • A confident and articulate telephone manner.
  • Previous experience in reception, customer service and/or administration is desirable.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Happy to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Excellent computer literacy including Excel and be able to pick up new systems quickly.
