Juice is excited to be working with a company committed to delivering exceptional service to their clients, and we're seeking a skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join the dynamic team. This role is integral to the success of the projects and client relationships, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Role Overview:As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple domestic client projects, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes. You will work closely with the project coordinator and other team members to manage client relations, project administration, and financial reporting. Your ability to manage large-scale clients, solve problems swiftly, and maintain strong communication will be key to your success in this role.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client & Project Management: Oversee multiple domestic clients, ensuring projects are on track and targets are met.
  • Complaint Management: Act as the first point of contact for client complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the project coordinator to ensure all team tasks are completed and client communications are timely.
  • Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining project records, processing client queries, and updating systems.
  • Resource Planning: Ensure surveyors are efficiently booked and manage route planning using a large geographically scaled diary system.
  • KPI Monitoring: Ensure the team meets daily and monthly KPI targets, reporting progress to senior management.
  • Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records, including costs and purchase order numbers for each project.
  • Client Meetings: Attend client meetings, take notes, and ensure action points are communicated to relevant team members.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of Project Coordination and/or Project Management experience.
  • Extensive administration experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Experience managing large-scale clients and projects.
  • Excellent client relations and customer service skills, with experience in regular communication via phone, email, and meetings.
  • Senior administration and supervisory experience.
  • Strong time management skills, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and handle issues as they arise.
  • Experience in social housing or council housing is desirable.
