Engineering Manager Precision Engineering (Bristol)

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join a precision-based company located in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead engineering design and manufacturing initiatives in a dynamic environment.

• Lead New Product/Process Introduction (NPI), industrialization, and improvements in existing production processes.
• Provide technical expertise in Design & Manufacturing Engineering, particularly in Aerospace and Mechanical engineering.
• Oversee processes involving 3/4/5 axis CNC systems including Milling, Turning, and Grinding.
• Ensure proficiency in GD&T, special processes, and coatings, and manage complex drawings.
• Build strong working relationships across the organization, influencing stakeholders effectively.
• Focus on improving engineering systems with an emphasis on cost and quality.
• Act as a key leader within the engineering team, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Professional qualifications in Engineering (BSc, BEng, MSc in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering).
• Proven track record of leadership in an engineering environment, with significant experience in NPI and process improvement.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong IT skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead effectively at all levels.

• Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
• Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays
