M&E Project Manager - Water Treatment

Randstad is working with a leading contractor delivering water treatment projects within the Wessex Water Framework looking for an experienced M&E Project Manager to take charge of key projects. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the successful delivery of essential infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.







The Role

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of M&E works across multiple water treatment sites.

  • Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Ensure compliance with Wessex Water specifications and industry standards, with a strong focus on health & safety.

  • Work closely with design, commercial, and operational teams to drive project success.

  • Provide technical leadership, problem-solving, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.



What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience managing M&E projects in the water sector.

  • A background in delivering projects within a regulated environment, ideally under an AMP framework.

  • Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and collaborate with key stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in a water treatment setting.

  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, project management, or a related field.
