Assistant Site Manager Required – Bristol Area – New Build Industrial – 10 Month+ Contract – Up to £235 Per Day
I am currently looking for a freelance Assistant Site Manager to assist the Project Team on a new build Industrial Unit in Bristol.
The Project – New Build - Builders Merchant Depot - £5 Million
The new branch is 2.7 acres in size, almost the size of two football pitches and 1.7 acres bigger than the branch it replaces. In a number of firsts for the branch, the new depot will include a hard landscaping display, a Tool Hire implant and a brand new Benchmarx kitchen display showroom.
They are currently on Phase 1 carrying out earthworks. They have also won Phase 2 meaning potentially another 10 months of work!
Requirements:
- CSCS & First Aid
- Previous Industrial experience (preferred)
- Commutable to Bristol
- Available for December
