Red Rock Consultants are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a new-build fit-out project in Bristol. This role involves managing the mechanical aspects of the project, reporting directly to the Mechanical Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate air conditioning, ductwork, plumbing, and controls installations
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards
- Conduct and lead morning meetings, providing clear instructions to site teams
- Enforce and maintain health and safety regulations on-site
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve any operational challenges
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager in a construction or fit-out environment
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning, ducting, plumbing, and mechanical controls
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or construction management
- Valid health and safety certifications are advantageous
