Mechanical Site Manager - Bristol

Location: Bristol
Duration: Approx. 6 months (Starting April)

Red Rock Consultants are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a new-build fit-out project in Bristol. This role involves managing the mechanical aspects of the project, reporting directly to the Mechanical Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate air conditioning, ductwork, plumbing, and controls installations
  • Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards
  • Conduct and lead morning meetings, providing clear instructions to site teams
  • Enforce and maintain health and safety regulations on-site
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve any operational challenges

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager in a construction or fit-out environment
  • Strong knowledge of air conditioning, ducting, plumbing, and mechanical controls
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or construction management
  • Valid health and safety certifications are advantageous
