Operations Manager

RT Consulting are a Silver ERS management consultancy that drives innovation and transformation in key sectors, including Defence, Local & Central Government, Policing and National Infrastructure. Our consultants are challenged to bring expert knowledge and creativity to our programmes in order to drive sustainable and long-term change.

Due to an increased demand, we are expanding our RT Society of DV cleared Associates across the Operations Management domain within Government and Defence, Nationwide. Ideally you would have experience in the following;

Operations Management experience required:

• Ensuring service delivery to Front-Line Command customers Customer Service
• Service Delivery Plan, Transition to Service Plan or Through Life Support Plan depending on the platform or equipment’s status in the CADMID cycle
• Coordinate the drafting, tender process and assessment of tenders, and monitor the performance of suppliers in terms of the quality, timeliness and reliability of goods and/or services to ensure agreed contractual obligations are met.
• Manage resources, monitoring actual spend and updating forecasts

Our RT Society, which is made up of our interim and permanent consultants, offer specialist expertise across our capability areas of expertise such as Project Management, Procurement, Commercial, Planning and Cost, to deliver real strategic and innovative solutions to our partners.

As the capability falls within a secure environments, to be successful for our society, you will need to hold current and active Developed Vetting. Due to the urgency of these programme, clearances will need to be in date and have been used within the last 6 months.
