Hatched Talent Solutions has partnered with an award-winning custom glass installation business based in Bristol and is looking for an Operations Manager to permanently join the team on their journey to be nationwide in the next three years.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing their fitter teams across Bristol and London, ensuring high-quality and timely project completion. You will oversee scheduling, project coordination, and the financial performance of installations, driving efficiency while maintaining our high standards. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling operations as we work towards nationwide expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate fitter teams in London and Bristol, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard and within deadlines.

- Oversee the scheduling of jobs, aligning fitters with project demands and client expectations.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication.

- Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and margins, ensuring financial health and profitability.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve workflow and project outcomes.

- Collaborate with senior management to support the companys expansion plans, contributing ideas and strategies for growth.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all sites


Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experiences in operations or project management, ideally within the construction, glazing, or installation industries.

- Proven ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously across different locations.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Planner, and Teams (advantageous but not essential).

- A passion for professional growth and a desire to take on greater responsibilities as the company scales.


Schedule:

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday

- Bristol Office Based

- Occasional travel between London and Bristol required
