Due to the ongoing growth of the company they have a newly created role for an Operations Manager. In this all-encompassing role, you'll be assisting with company planning, including examining business costs, improving profitability, overseeing and planning budgets. As well as analysing and implement improvements to internal procedures, working alongside HR to recruit new talent, create induction and training plans as well as getting involved in risk assessment/management and overall compliance.
