Are you a manufacturing professional with experience of having full responsibility on a small production site, looking for an exciting newly created role setting up a new site?

This is a great opportunity for an autonomous position, supported by a larger group, where you will set the culture and standards.

The company are well established and investing in this new site in the Bristol area. Therefore first task will be to recruit the small team in order to make to site fully operational.

From there you will be responsible for all aspects on site such as staff and budget management, QHSE, planning and scheduling.

The Role

  • Full time, permanent, Mon-Fri days based role for a large established manufacturing company.
  • Setting up and running a small production site
  • Full responsibility on site including quality, health & safety, planning, staff management and CAPEX.
  • Recruitment and line management of a small team.


The Person

  • Experience in a senior manufacturing role involving line management
  • Strong knowledge of Health and safety-NEBOSH/IOSH preferred.
  • Ideally experience of having full responsibility for a small production site and/or experience of setting up a production site from scratch.
