As the Principal Control Engineer, you will take the lead in developing cutting-edge motion control software, driving performance optimisation and shaping how advanced technology is engineered.


Your role will focus on:

  • Leading advanced motion control software, driving innovation within the team
  • Crafting and refining offline simulations to elevate controller performance.
  • Using real-world test data to enhance model precision and integrate it into both offline and real-time control systems.
  • Commissioning advanced simulator software that pushes engineering boundaries.
  • Optimal Control

You’ll work with tools and methods that elevate engineering excellence:

  • Types of Control: LGQ, LQR, H infinity, MPC.
  • Programming & Simulation Tools: MATLAB, Python, C, Julia, Simulink.
  • Embedded systems like Arduino and STM32 is a plus but not a necessity.
