Due to continued growth we are looking for a Production Manager to join the team. You will be in a key role within the UK Operations Team based in Bristol serving mobile technology provision throughout the UK, leading a team of 6 young dispatch/production staff

You will need:

  • Experience of leading a team previously
  • A background within a dispatch/production/scheduling environment
  • An interest in technology (mobile, laptop, devices)
  • Able to work within defined KPIs and deliver desired levels of performance consistently
  • Excellent problem solving and innovative thinking skills

What you'll be doing:

  • You will be leading the Service Technicians team to fulfil customer orders daily, completing orders as required
  • Coaching, training and supporting apprentices through their learning
  • Identify and implement improvements with the Technical department
  • Support through training and coaching high quality standards across the team’s output
  • Leading quality checking and assuring work completed by the team before despatch
