We are currently working with a popular food manufacturing company in the Bristol area. With sites all over the UK, you will play a pivotal role within the business ensuring all production lines are moving quickly and efficiently. With a record breaking number of orders being prepared every single week, this is an exciting time to join a continuously growing company who are sure to double in size over the next 6 months.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing the production floor and team.
- Organise and oversee manufacturing of all products.
- Maintain the highest quality standards.
- Maintaining production flow and production planning.
- Managing a team of 20+ production staff.
- Dealing with HR/admin duties such as recruitment, payroll, holiday.
- Manage and monitor KPIs, efficiencies and productivities.
- Ensuring health, safety and compliance is adhered to.
- Dealing with continuous improvement projects.
- Manage wastage, productivity, reports and documents.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Manufacturing / FMCG industry experience.
- Man management experience.
- IOSH / Nebosh / relevant health and safety qualifications.
- Experience with HR duties, payroll, rota, absence systems.
- Hands on experience within production environments.
