We are currently working with a popular food manufacturing company in the Bristol area. With sites all over the UK, you will play a pivotal role within the business ensuring all production lines are moving quickly and efficiently. With a record breaking number of orders being prepared every single week, this is an exciting time to join a continuously growing company who are sure to double in size over the next 6 months.

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced individual to drive the production team and contribute to the growth of the business for many years to come.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the production floor and team.
  • Organise and oversee manufacturing of all products.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Maintaining production flow and production planning.
  • Managing a team of 20+ production staff.
  • Dealing with HR/admin duties such as recruitment, payroll, holiday.
  • Manage and monitor KPIs, efficiencies and productivities.
  • Ensuring health, safety and compliance is adhered to.
  • Dealing with continuous improvement projects.
  • Manage wastage, productivity, reports and documents.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Manufacturing / FMCG industry experience.
  • Man management experience.
  • IOSH / Nebosh / relevant health and safety qualifications.
  • Experience with HR duties, payroll, rota, absence systems.
  • Hands on experience within production environments.
