- Relevant internal auditor training by a 3rd Party to current ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 standards
- Capability to operate in an impartial manner during the course of auditing
- Good report writing skills, able to present evidence-based information succinctly and in a language / format that is easily understood by the

- Basic understanding of the NCR process
- Knowledge of suitable Root Cause Analysis methods
- Understanding of investigatory techniques and methodology
- Ability to recognise trends and identify appropriate opportunities for improvement
