Blue Water Recruitment are working in partnership with a Bristol based, main contractor that are looking to hire a No.1 Senior Site Manager on a permanent basis.
Our client has a variety of roles due to start in 2025 ranging from 20m - 30m.
Job Purpose and Scope:
You will manage the daily activities of the appointed subcontractors, in respect of Health and Safety, Quality and Programme. Lead weekly progress meetings and produce the required timeline of works / action points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange prestart setup procedures including ordering site set-up, develop RAMS and traffic plans.
- Design input in regard to buildability of the design and define the priorities to the design team
- Input into subcontract procurement including selection per-order processing and appointment
- Responsible for quality control including the development and monitoring of quality plans
- Assist the Project Director.
- To manage the daily activities of subcontractors, in respect Of Health and Safety, Quality and programme
- Daily Liaison with the client and representatives
