This is a Senior Site Manager role to join an established Tier 2 contractor, working on high-value facade projects in and around the Bristol area. The ideal candidate must have prior experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor, as well as previously working on facade projects.
The projects will consist of a live environment, so prior experience of new build offices, or schools would be appreciated.
This contractor specialises in new build and refurbishment projects, working in sectors such as education, commercial, health care, social housing and retail, in which value between 2m to 30m.
Furthermore, they have over 50m worth of projects secured, as well as continuing to tender for further works.
