A loyal client to Sphere are looking for a Site Manager / Block Manager, to assist with the delivery ofa 50M+ New Build development in Bristol for their client Unite.
Your new company are a large National Main Contractor, who specialise in Commercial Build projects across the UK, over multiple sectors. This project is being built by the Living Space division, or more specifically within the Student Accommodation sector that equates to around 75% of the business. This will be a site based role with support in the form of an associated site team and roaming Operations Manager / Contracts Manager / Director.
The ideal candidate for the role will have a proven work history within Mid / High Rise Accommodation, Internal Packages, Finishing, and where possible Student Accommodation.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of a specific block of Accommodation, H&S, Programme, Subcontractor / Operative Management, and delivery of this block through to Finishing / Snagging.
