An existing client of Sphere Solutions, are looking to appoint a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager with immediate effect for a flagship scheme in Bristol.
Whilst in this role, you will be part of a large site based Operational team, assisting with the delivery of the below project. More specifically, you will manage the Externalsacross the Student Accommodation element of the project, whilst reporting into a Project Manager.

- 460Build to Rent Apartments
- 30M Student Accommodation Block
My client are a multi disciplinary Main Contractor, with a solid reputation spanning manysectors and an 800m+ turnover.
The ideal candidate for the role,will have excellent New Build, Main Contractor, andHigh Riseexperience, with a proven history of delivering thesedevelopments.
