My client has an immediately opportunity for a qualified Site Manager to lead a small residential refurbishment project in the heart of Bristol.
With an estimated duration of 10 weeks, the successful applicant will have experience managing internal and external multi-occupancy residential works.
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- 2+ years' experience as a site manager
- Experience managing sub-contractors
- Track record of delivering projects to strict timescales
