Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction site, ensuring all work is carried out safely and to the highest standards.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure the timely completion of all phases of construction.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure financial and time constraints are adhered to.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the construction process.
