If you are looking for a stable yet dynamic place to work then this national main contractor is looking to appoint Site Managers

Ideally with a strong refurbishment background to work on a range of Health and Education projects locally.

The role offers a good blend of projects and comes with a full benefits package and upper-level salary.

As a versed Site Manager, you will ideally have experience on projects from 500K to 3.5m and have worked in live project environments.

Reporting to a Contracts Manager you will be allowedto develop, train and progress further in your career as you and the business grow.

Site Managers will typically run one project from start to finish whilst also working under a framework.

To be considered you will have worked with a reputable company and delivered projects to a quality standard from start to finish- managing indirect subcontractors on a day-to-day basis.

Quality-orientated and with a strong community focus you will be across all matters from a health and safety perspective.

You will need to be CSCS/ SMSTS and First Aid Qualified.
