The role is with a leading Chartered Building Consultancy specializing in Construction and Project Management.
The project involves the delivery of 152 Apartments, 3 Commercial Units, 4 Roof Terraces, and a basement Car Park with 66 spaces, set for completion in August 2026.
Candidates should have a strong Main Contractor or Tier 1 work history and experience overseeing the External Package/Envelope of construction projects.
