We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager who has experience to refit a project in Bristol on a gym which will run till November 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor and enforce health & safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and ensuring all workers adhere to HSE guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualification is essential.
- Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
- First Aid at Work certification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
