Are you a first-class, digital specialist marketing Account Director who wants to balance doing great work at a successful, friendly agency with flexible working hours, hybrid working and a very generous holiday allowance? You'll join a close-knit team who are well established and known for delivering first-class digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, digital content and web development on behalf of top brands. This role mixes digital strategy with relationship management and project management.
As the successful Account Director, you’ll benefit from flexi-time and hybrid working with 2 days a week working in the office and 3 days a week working from home. The flexi-time has core hours of 10am - 3pm, but outside of that you can manage your time to make up 37.5 hours each week, so this role is the perfect fit for a parent, or someone who needs work-life-balance while doing great work for a brilliant digital agency.
Skills and Experience
- Experience leading and consulting on digital marketing strategy.
- Broad digital experience spanning SEO, PPC, social media, digital content and web development would be ideal but if you have most, but not all of that, please do still get in touch as it might still be a fit.
- Proven project management experience of large scale digital projects, delivering on deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
- Stakeholder management experience and the ability to build relationships and spot commercial opportunities.
- Team management experience.
