We are working with a well-established Bristol business who are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join them.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead Customer Product teams to maximize value for Commercial Operations.
• Align with stakeholders on departmental objectives and strategy.
• Advocate for customers by integrating feedback and research into product decisions.
• Promote agile and continuous improvement practices.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and third parties.
• Manage third-party contracts and performance.
• Partner with Technology to foster ownership in product delivery.
• Develop and update a customer-focused product strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct analysis to define business and customer needs.
• Prioritize and solve key problems through discovery processes.

You will have:

• Product Leadership background
• E-commerce and customer experience expertise
• Skilled in personalization, CRM, and CRO
• Commercially driven
• Confident and engaging presenter
• Motivated with a growth mindset
• Effective cross-functional team leader and coach
• Experienced in managing third-party contracts and performance

The role is hybrid and you will need to comfortable commuting into the office 3 days a week.
