Your new companyThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing team of a Not For Profit organisation who provide residential and nursing care options across the South-West. This is an opportunity to work with the organisation on a permanent basis to drive stakeholder awareness and engagement by providing a range of support, materials and in-person activity to plan and deliver local marketing activity. Your new roleReporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying key stakeholders, creating awareness and engagement plans, and attending local networking opportunities to further develop relationships. You will source and develop effective marketing tools, templates and collateral to be utilised by colleagues across the organisation. You will feed into broader marketing, social media and digital plans, and you will actively contribute to the social media activity, creating impactful and relevant content to be shared and used to support stakeholder engagement work. You will monitor and report on the effectiveness of ongoing activities, reviewing and updating marketing plans accordingly. You will raise awareness through key media contacts to encourage earned coverage to enhance the reputation of the organisation. You will liaise closely with central marketing and communications colleagues to ensure multichannel marketing and public relations fully supports the needs of the organisation and ensures brand integrity. You will be responsible for managing all activities within an agreed expenditure budget. What you'll need to succeedYou will be commercially focused with strong analytical skills and be able to evidence working to deliver targets and KPIs. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, either on a one-to-one basis or on a large group basis. Experience of local marketing and sales techniques, being self-motivated and target-driven and with the ability to organise and manage your own workload. You will have experience of planning and delivering events, projects and activities involving groups of 20 people or more. You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have experience of analysing data to inform activities. What you'll get in returnThis is a permanent position offering a salary of £28,000 - £34,000 dependent on level of experience. Other benefits include 33 days annual leave including bank holidays, pension and rewards offers amongst others. Flexible / hybrid working options are available, but please note a good deal of travel between locations in the Gloucester, Somerset and North Wiltshire areas will be required (travel costs covered).
