Sales & Partnerships Executive - B2B Awards

(Maternity Cover, 5-6 Month Contract)

I am recruiting for a Sales & Partnerships Executive for a rapidly growing events and publishing company dedicated to hosting impactful UK and US award ceremonies in performance marketing, influencer marketing, and the creator economy. They are proud to produce their own dynamic events - not simply an agency, but the founders and driving force behind each award show and conference they deliver.

The Role

As the Sales & Partnerships Executive, your primary role will be to secure entries for their awards (e.g., the Performance Marketing Awards), sell key sponsorships (from category sponsorships to headline packages), and manage table and seat bookings. This is a pivotal position, with high expectations for building strategic partnerships and achieving sales targets.

As the Sales & Partnerships Executive, you will excel at identifying decision-makers, developing relationships, and growing their network within the digital marketing and performance marketing sectors. Your consultative sales approach, persistence, and strong rapport-building skills will allow you to handle objections effectively and close deals confidently.

  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Generate new business while nurturing existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorships and client agreements

Benefits working as a Sales & Partnerships Executive!

- £30,000 basic with £35,000 realistic OTE (pro-rata)

- 24 days holiday (increasing with service) + bank holidays (pro-rata)

- Hybrid working, 3 days in office and 2 from home, though we would consider a fully remote position for this contract for the right candidate

- Working hours - 8.45 - 5.30pm Mon-Thurs, finishing 4.30pm Friday
