What youll be doing:
In this role, youll take ownership and manage Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for tracking, analysis and insight of user behaviour. Youll have full ownership of the digital analytics process, from implementing tags to troubleshooting and data analysis. Your insights will be key in identifying opportunities for conversion rate optimization and enhancing user experience across both content and commercial platforms. Youll work closely with internal teams to support data-driven decision-making and the strategic planning that drives business innovation.
Youll be central to the team as they continue to evolve and expand their digital operations. Youll be the go-to person and be an expert in Google Analytics and Digital Analytics.
This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in digital analytics looking for a chance to make a significant impact. What experience youll need to apply:
- Excellent experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Strong technical knowledge of digital analytics tools and tracking implementation
- Experience working with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and how to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate across teams in order to help the business get the most from GA
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Previous experience in roles with responsibility for digital tagging and tracking
- This role requires a minimum of two days a week in the Bristol office, the candidate would need to be in Bristol or within a commutable distance to commit to this.
