As the Social Media & Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building and enhancing our online presence. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing engaging social media content, developing marketing strategies to boost our reach, and connecting with key customers and audiences to establish our brand as a go-to portal in the UK property market. This is an office based role two minute walk from Camden station and Regent's Park.About the Company:Our client is more than just a property portal! They have designed a comprehensive solution for tenants, agents and landlords. By speeding up communication, offering virtual viewing options and focusing on a cost-effective, feedback-driven approach, this business is poised to revolutionise how rental properties are marketed and managed in London and eventually, across the UK.Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create compelling content (images, videos, copy) that aligns with our brand tone and voice
  • Monitor SEO metrics, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to optimise content performance and rankings
  • Grow and manage our online community, driving engagement, and responding to inquiries and feedback
  • Analyse social media metrics to assess content performance and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, SEO best practices, social media trends, and competitor activity to ensure we stands out in the market
  • Support additional marketing activities, including email campaigns, newsletters, and blog content, as needed

Skills and experience:

  • Experienced in social media management and digital marketing, ideally in real estate, tech, or related fields
  • Skilled in content creation with a keen eye for aesthetics and audience engagement
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign and SEO performance for continuous improvement
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to capture the company’s voice
