We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an Air Hygiene / Ventilation Engineer to join a busy Compliance outfit in the South West of England. The role would suit candidates with an enthusiasm to travel and to work on prestigious and blue chip contracts. Due to the varied locations of work, our Client can be open-minded with the locations of interested applicants. We are interested in receiving applications from candidates of varying experience as comprehensive training programs can be offered.
Ideal locations for candidates include: Bristol, Bath, Yate, Stroud, Portishead, Weston-super-Mare, Frome, Chippenham, Devizes, Glastonbury, Bridgwater, Taunton, Ilminster, Yeovil, Shaftsbury, Chard, Exeter, Tiverton, Minehead, Seaton, Calne, Tetbury, Exmouth, Sidmouth.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Will need experience working as an Air Hygiene / Ventilation Engineer for a well-established outfit
- Holding a CSCS Card or Confined Spaces would benefit applications
- Willingness to travel as per company requirements
- Hardworking and professional work ethic
The Role:
- Undertaking Kitchen Extract, Ductwork and Ventilation Cleans in accordance with BESA TR19
- Inspections and maintenance of Ductwork, AHUs and Fire Dampers
- Updating works logs and writing technical reports
- Working independently and as part of a team on projects of varying sizes
- Liaising directly with Clients on projects and providing updates
