Job Title: Mobile Building Services Engineer
Location: Bristol Area
Salary: Up to 40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
On-Call: 1 in 7 call-out (Standby payment: 50 per week)
We are working with a reputable medium-sized facilities maintenance company seeking an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer to join theirteam. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial and public buildings in the Bristol area, ensuring the smooth operations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs, including electrical and mechanical systems.

Work across commercial and public buildings, maintaining high standards of service.

Diagnose faults and perform repairs to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems.

Respond promptly to emergency call-outs, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Key Requirements:

Electrically or mechanically qualified (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).

Proven experience in building services maintenance.

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Full driving licence (van and fuel card provided).
