Salary & Benefits:
- £40,000 - £42,000 DOE
- £150 standby pay, door-to-door at £25/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Landlord Gas Safety inspections, service gas appliances in private and social housing.
- Perform reactive maintenance on boilers and heating systems.
- Adhere to Health & Safety standards, perform risk assessments, and follow manufacturer and company protocols.
- Work flexibly, including mandatory 1-in-4 call-out rota (£150 standby pay).
Requirements:
- Gas-safe certifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, UHWSS)
- Knowledge of essential system controls, electrics, and basic heating wiring
- Basic IT skills for documentation on an iPad
