EV Service Engineer
Permanent role:£28,000 - £33,000+ 40hrs a week, Monday to Friday (up to £5k Bonus, Overtime also available)
Location:Bristol / Gloucester / Swindon

We are currently seeking an EVService Engineerto join our client, a leader in the latest EV Chargers, Intelligent Car Park & Stadium Security Solutions and Electronic Road Signs!

The EVService Engineer will be working on the companiesEV Charging product range. Youll be assisting in the installation, and ongoing maintenance; carrying out PPM, pushing out updates including the Operating System, testing and making sure theyre in full working order ready for the public use.

The role is a mixture of small Electrical works and PC / Networking - they're preferable to candidates more Electrical biased, as they'll offer training on PC / Networking etc!

The EVService Engineerwill need to be to be based in Bristol / Gloucester / Swindon areas, with previous experience in aField basedrole, a basic Electrical knowledge and currently hold a FULL UK driving license.


EV Service Engineer Experience & Skills Required:
  • Experience servicing, maintaining and installing Electrical equipment.
  • Experience in Fault finding.
  • Experience working in a Field/Mobile Service role.
  • The role will be working on an Out Of Hours (OOH) rota, which you will be paid accordingly for.
  • To ensure that all your PPE is safe complete and being correctly used / worn.
  • Ensure your vehicle, tools, spares, and equipment to be used are in a safe and useable condition.

Essential Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license is ESSENTIAL
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
  • Basic Networking / PC experience.
  • Good English and Maths skills.

Desired Requirements:
  • CSCS or ECS card.
  • Electrical qualification would be an advantage.
  • Experience working on EV Charging equipment.
