We are working with a leading facilities management company to find a talented Lead Engineer to oversee maintenance operations across multiple commercial and residential sites in Bristol. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing team, providing essential support and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality service.
  • Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire alarms.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Foster strong client relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor KPIs, performance, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to junior engineers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in facilities management with technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering or facilities management.
