In this office-based role you will be handling 2/3 tenders a week, conducting site surveys and meeting with clients across the local area, working on projects ranging from £100k to £4 million. This will include reviewing drawings and estimations, mentoring a Junior Estimator, and working in a close-knit and collaborative team in the heart of Bristol.

This specialist contractor handle commercial and industrial environmental control projects from cradle to grave, specialising in HVAC and heat pump solutions. With a current turnover of £10 million they are projecting £16 million by 2030 with this new role playing a crucial part in their plans.

This role would suit a Mechanical Estimator from an industrial or commercial background looking for a leading role they can truly mould into their own, handling large scale projects for a company they will be proud to work for.The Role:

  • Estimating on construction projects valuing from £100k to £4 million
  • Recognised as the go-to mechanical expert within the business
  • Site surveys, reviewing drawings, and handling 2/3 tenders a week
  • Covering up to Birmingham and across to London
  • Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm, finish 4pm Friday
