Are you an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with a background in Building Services or Design looking for an exciting opportunity to work for a growing M&E consultancy who specialise in commercial property and asset management? Are you looking for a role that is fully off the task, that allows you to oversee projects from start to finish and own your position within the company?
On offer is the opportunity to join a leading Independent Property Consultancy who oversee over 2.5 billion worth of property across the UK and offer a wide range of services including value and cost consultancy, facilities management and mechanical and electrical solutions. The company are currently looking to add to their workforce which is over 100 strong.
This exciting role, will be completely hands off and the day-to-day responsibilities include managing building services projects from conception to completion, providing technical expertise, conducting site surveys, preparing reports, and presenting solutions to clients, often at senior levels. You'll ensure projects meet safety standards, stay within budget, and improve efficiency. You'll also support business development, help with tendering processes, and travel to different sites across the UK for inspections and client meetings.
This role would suit an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with a background in Building Services or Design who is looking to further their career in a Senior role with a leading company, who give you the opportunity to be off the tools and reward you with a great benefits package.
