Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
- Adhere to all QHSE standards and safety policies, maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Use PPE and report accidents or environmental issues promptly.
- Proactively identify and implement safety and equipment reliability improvements.
Maintenance and Repair:
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery using technical tools and drawings.
- Perform planned maintenance and document in the CMMS.
- Collaborate on machinery upgrades, installations, and energy-saving initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
- Support TPM initiatives to enhance machine performance.
- Maintain technical documentation and identify optimization opportunities.
Occasional Responsibilities:
- Assist with installations, upgrades, and technical drawing updates.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Proven mechanical maintenance in manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Skilled in diagnostic tools, reading technical diagrams, and CMMS.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and energy-efficiency expertise.
