Shift Maintenance Engineer

Shift Pattern: (days, nights, weekends)

 

Ensure effective maintenance of production machinery and service plant equipment while upholding safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

  • Adhere to all QHSE standards and safety policies, maintaining high housekeeping standards.
  • Use PPE and report accidents or environmental issues promptly.
  • Proactively identify and implement safety and equipment reliability improvements.

Maintenance and Repair:

  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery using technical tools and drawings.
  • Perform planned maintenance and document in the CMMS.
  • Collaborate on machinery upgrades, installations, and energy-saving initiatives.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Support TPM initiatives to enhance machine performance.
  • Maintain technical documentation and identify optimization opportunities.

Occasional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with installations, upgrades, and technical drawing updates.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Proven mechanical maintenance in manufacturing.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in diagnostic tools, reading technical diagrams, and CMMS.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and energy-efficiency expertise.
