About The Role:We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Plumbing biased Building Services Engineer to join our team working on key contracts.You will be required to carry out general maintenance and statutory compliance checks and will be C&G qualified in a Mechanical or Plumbing discipline, ideally with experience working in a similar environment.The role will require client engagement and a willingness to provide the best possible solutions to meet the client's needs.Experience of working with a CAFM system is desirable as all work is managed via a CAFM based solution.
Shift Pattern: Variable shift pattern rota, late shifts twice a week (40 hours per week)
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Completion of PPM to all Mechanical / Plumbing elements of the building.
- Completion of reactive tasks as required / directed
- Completion of ad-hoc building services works
- Completion of quoted works both inside and outside of normal working hours
- Occasional report writing
- Comply with company Health Safety & Environmental procedures.
- Be an ambassador for OCS, maintain their core values
- Carry out any further reasonable requests made by management
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 in Mechanical or Plumbing, General building skills
- Must hold a full UK driving license
- Client facing - able to communicate at all levels
- Enhanced DBS Check will be required.
