Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer - Facilities Management - Bristol, England - up to £34,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading facilities management companies, offering exciting career prospects and the chance to be part of a dynamic and innovative team.

Location: Bristol, England

Salary: Up to £34,000 Plus Fully Expensed Van

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out inspections and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations.
  • Performing pipework inspections, adaptations, and repairs.
  • Reporting any defects and providing on-site updates during service visits.
  • Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
  • Keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
  • Undertaking Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A background in Maintenance or Facilities Management.
  • C&G Level 2, NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification
  • Full clean UK driving license.
