The Role
As a Project Engineer, you'll work closely with the Sizewell C NSA Technical Lead to ensure all deliverables meet project requirements. The NSA (Nuclear Support Agreement) framework focuses on delivering technical and engineering support, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, and upholding high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing and implementing streamlined processes to replicate best practices and maintain consistency.
* Providing technical guidance on NSA implementation to ensure robust and efficient execution.
* Supporting key project decisions and managing technical documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across all teams.
* Evaluating project work requests to support informed decision-making.
* Delivering targeted training to upskill project teams.
About You
You're a highly experienced Project Professional with a strong background in delivering large-scale, complex industrial projects. You thrive on solving challenges, managing diverse stakeholders, and driving results in high-pressure environments.
Your experience includes:
* Expertise in mechanical, electrical, process, systems, or civil engineering, ideally on large industrial or regulated projects.
* Demonstrated experience in project management, contract management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
* A deep understanding of interface management within major projects.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
* A collaborative mindset with a focus on accuracy, resilience, and achieving project goals.

Qualifications & Skills
* A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline).
* Proven expertise in project management within a regulated environment (professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous).
* Strong organisational, communication, and leadership abilities.
