We are seeking a Senior/Associate Building Services Engineer to join this award-winning practice committed to sustainable and innovative building design. Located in the Bristol office, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of exceptional, bespoke buildings while building a department of Engineers (currently 4)

Responsibilities
  • Sustainable project development
  • Mechanical, electrical, and public health design
  • Environmental energy modelling using TAS and IES energy modelling software
  • 2D and 3D drawing production, including Revit and CAD
  • Day-to-day management of more Junior/Grad Engineers
  • Interviewing and growing the Bristol branch
Qualifications
  • Experienced Building Services Engineer at a Senior or Associate level, who wants the ability to progress to a Director role in the future
  • Strong background managing multiple projects from inception to completion
  • Management experience, training and mentoring junior and intermediate Engineers
  • Demonstrated competencies in sustainable design and project management
Day-to-day
  • Carrying out sustainable design of mechanical, electrical, and public health installations
  • Thermal modelling, including comfort, energy consumption, and carbon calculations
  • Drawing production in REVIT and CAD
  • Report writing
  • Serving as the main point of contact on projects whilst supporting Junior/Intermediate level staff
