We are seeking a Senior/Associate Building Services Engineer to join this award-winning practice committed to sustainable and innovative building design. Located in the Bristol office, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of exceptional, bespoke buildings while building a department of Engineers (currently 4)

Responsibilities

Sustainable project development
Mechanical, electrical, and public health design
Environmental energy modelling using TAS and IES energy modelling software
2D and 3D drawing production, including Revit and CAD
Day-to-day management of more Junior/Grad Engineers
Interviewing and growing the Bristol branch

Qualifications

Experienced Building Services Engineer at a Senior or Associate level, who wants the ability to progress to a Director role in the future
Strong background managing multiple projects from inception to completion
Management experience, training and mentoring junior and intermediate Engineers
Demonstrated competencies in sustainable design and project management

Day-to-day

Carrying out sustainable design of mechanical, electrical, and public health installations
Thermal modelling, including comfort, energy consumption, and carbon calculations
Drawing production in REVIT and CAD
Report writing
Serving as the main point of contact on projects whilst supporting Junior/Intermediate level staff
