Service Engineer, Field Based (South-West), £28,000pa
The purpose of this role:
As a Service Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the after-sales installation and servicing of specialist fluid filtration equipment. Travelling to commercial customer sites across the South-West UK, you’ll act as an ambassador for the company, delivering customer service.

As a Service Engineer, you will:
- Cover mainly the South-West region, with some requirement for national travel.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of a range of industrial filtration equipment.
- Identify any faults or parts needing replacement / upgrading and carry out repairs.
- Identify opportunities for service upgrades, spare parts and other aftermarket care options.
- Develop good customer relationships, providing advice and acting as a company ambassador.
- Ensure all safety and record paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
The successful Service Engineer will:
- Have working knowledge of extraction and/or filtration systems whether that be air, liquid or both.
- Have a full, clean UK driver’s licence.
- Strong technical knowledge of electro-mechanical systems.
- Experience of field-based service is beneficial.
- Be familiar with good health & safety practices.
