Service Manager - Plant Equipment
Location: Bristol & Surrounding Area
Salary: Up to £40k Basic (DOE), + £11k Bonus + great benefits listed below:

Our Client is a market-leading company within the Plant & Agricultural sector. They are looking for candidates who could be from the following industries with solid transferable skills:
- Agricultural Machinery, Heavy Plant, Cranes or Powered Access
- HGV or Municipal Vehicles,
- Forklift Trucks
- Generators
You’ll receive first class training to enable you to do your job well. A dedicated Administrator will be there to support you. You will look after up to 10 Engineers in your region and things you’ll be doing include:
- Hire, Train and Mentor your team
- Organise the Engineers Workload
- Budget control and efficiencies
- Analyse Job Orders including work carried out, costs etc
- Organise Engineer training including Toolbox Talks
- Communicate clearly with Customers
- Support the Sales team
There are a couple of things you’ll need to have for this role:
- Full UK driving licence
- Maybe looking for your next move into Management
- Previously an Engineer, Team Leader/ Leading Hand or Workshop Controller
- Good relationship-building with Engineers.
- A Can-Do attitude with a strong work ethic.
- An excellent Client-focused approach to your work.
