Trainee Service Engineer (Electrical/Automation)

Do you have a basic understanding of Electrical works? Are you looking for an Entry-Level Service Engineer position with a growing Automated Gate business, who provide specialist training, routes to progress into senior positions and the ability to work on a variety of interesting projects?
This company is a growing business that has 22 years of engineering experience, they provide design, manufacture, install and maintain Automated gates and other metal-based products including shutters and staircases for a range of clients in both commercial and domestic sectors.
In this varied role, you will be expected to work autonomously on installations, maintenance and repair. You will be responsible for all gate installations and ensure they are carried out in a safe work environment, engaging with clients effectively and making sure their needs are met, completing all documentation and reporting back to management on progress.
This role will be suited to a candidate with an Electrical background looking for a Service Engineer position with a growing business who prioritize their employees development and growth and give the opportunity to work autonomously on a variety of projects.
The Role:
- Installation, Service and Maintenance of Automated Products
- Field based patch surrounding the South West
- Full training provided
- Monday to Friday (8AM - 4:30PM)
The Person:
- Looking for a Service Engineer position or similar
- 18th Edition certificate or similar
- Full UK Driving License
